You are purchasing an appointment to attend at one of our clinics to collect your test and self swab. 

You must only purchase an appointment if there is availability in the calendar for your Day2 appointment and your Day8 appointment after your arrival into the UK.

You will be required to attend on Day2 to collect your Day2 test to self swab. You will be required to attend on Day8 to collect your Day8 test to self swab.

Appointments are limited. Any cancellations which will be reflected in the calendar at 06.00 every day. You must not purchase an appointment if there is not availability on your Day2 and Day8 as your purchase will not be valid for travel. Your passenger locator form and your travel dates will be checked at Border Control. We can not provide a refund once you make payment and the unique reference number is generated.

Please do not telephone our customer services team seeking an appointment as they are unable to assist. Appointments can only be purchased from this page. Appointments are offered on a first come first served basis, starting from 06.00 every day.
