You can book on the website to order your tests from 123 Clinics

If you require a Day 2 AND Day 8 test kit, this comes as a bundle which provides you with both tests.

You can order your tests early however, the tests are sent out via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, which means a signature is required. Please take this into account when ordering your tests. 

We advise you to order your tests approximately 2-3 working days before your arrival into the UK.

All of our tests are sent out via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm the next working day. Assuming you have placed your order 2-3 working days before your arrival into the UK, your tests will arrive on or before day 2 of your quarantine. All of our parcels require a signature, please ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel. If you place an order less than 2 working day before you arrive into the UK or on the day of your arrival into the UK, your testing kit may not arrive on or before day 2 of your isolation. 

Any order placed Monday to Friday before 2pm, will be despatched on the same working day for the next working day delivery. Any orders placed outside of this time, will be despatched the following working day. 

No orders are despatched on a Bank Holiday.

Once your package has been posted, you will receive a unique tracking number sent to your email. Please use this tracking number on the Royal Mail website to track your order.

You can take your Day 2 test on or before day 2 following your arrival into the UK. Remember the day you arrive is classed as day 0. Similarly, you can take your Day 8 test on or before day 8.

You will carry out your swab sample yourself at home. There are simple instructions inside the collection kit on how to take a sample. Please note the vial’s in our kits do not contain any liquid – this is normal for our testing kits.

If your results from either the Day 2 or Day 8 test are positive, you will receive further information from the laboratory. They will inform you on how long you will need to continue to quarantine for and provide you with all the relevant government guidance you will need to follow.

Yes. Even though you may have tested negative with a test to release to finish quarantine early, you will still need to take your Day 8 test.

As all of our tests are sent out via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm the next working day, they require a signature. If for any reason you have missed your parcel, please use the tracking number provided to your email address to rearrange delivery with Royal Mail.

Inside your parcel from us, you will receive simple instructions on how to register your tests.

All tests arrive with a box that you must assemble in order to send your tests back. This box contains a pre-paid postage label attached and all details of the laboratory are on there. All you have to do is place your sample in the box, seal the box using the security seal provided and post the box into your nearest Priority postbox. If you’re travelling to England, what you need to do will depend on where you have been in the 10 days prior to your arrival. If you have been in a country on the:

Green list – you must take a COVID-19 Day 2 test only on or before day 2 of your arrival into England.

Amber list – you must quarantine in the place you’re staying and take a Day 2 and Day 8 test.

Red list – you must quarantine in a Government approved hotel and take the Day 2 and Day 8 tests which will be provided by your hotel. Please see further information on: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/booking-and-staying-in-a-quarantine-hotel-when-you-arrive-in-england.

You must follow these rules even if you have been fully vaccinated. Further up-to-date details can be found on https://www.gov.uk/uk-border-control  If you’re travelling to Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland, you’ll need to follow separate guidelines.

Travelling to England from a ‘Red List’ country is currently banned unless you are British, Irish, or a resident in UK. 

Anyone arriving in England who has visited or passed through a country on the red list in the 10 days before their arrival, needs to quarantine in a Government approved hotel. Please follow the UK government’s guidance.

It is your responsibility to ensure all the information on your forms and tests kits is correct. If you have provided incorrect information, you can receive substantial fines. Please follow the Government website for more information.

It is a Government requirement that you purchase a Day 2 and Day 8 test kit from a UK Covid-19 test provider before you arrive within the UK. You are not allowed to use other tests you may have at home.

Counting the day you arrived in the UK as day 0, if you’ve quarantined for 10 full days and received a negative result for both your Day 2 and Day 8 tests, then you are allowed to leave quarantine. Please use the Government website for up-to-date information.

No. Even if your Day 8 test result is negative, you must quarantine for the full 10 days. Please use the Government website for up-to-date information.

Yes you can however, you must only leave to post your sample in the Priority post box and then return to your quarantine location.
